3. Silence and Chaos

When I take a walk outside, I hear cacophony of vehicles or some heavy machine seems to be doing some constructive work. When I switch on TV, I hear News anchor and participants shouting at each other to win arguments. When I sit alone, I hear noises. These noises are of different nature originating in me. They are doubts, conflicts, emotions, pains, agony in short manifestation of 'dark thoughts' my mind has made association with.

Surely, my mind is not at rest and wandering. Since it is occupied with cacophony, shouting, noises and don't know what else. These disturbances are interfering with my mental health. I am petrified by the 'Random Unpredictability' and it is surely making things messy around me. Or should I say I am subjected to 'Chaos'. Yes it is chaotic since my thinking even rationality is obscured. The same rationality is suffering which helped me to live and overcome many challenges. 

But now, I am desperate to find peace, 'The Silence'. I want to run away from all turmoils. Is it not ironical? The 'Chaos' is defined as one of the basic nature of Universe. And being part of that Universe I should find peace in Chaos. But, I am not happy with Chaos. Why it is making me anxious to be part of Chaotic Universe? If I am anxious than it is for sure either I don't belong to Universe or Chaos does not belong to Universe. Well, I and Chaos both belong to Universe but there is something else which is more fundamental than Chaos and it is 'Silence'. That's why mind is craving for it under Chaos.

Why 'Silence' is more fundamental to Universe, so comes the question? Well, in Silence Universe was born. And the Chaos came into existence after the Universe was born. In Silence there is only creation, rejuvenation, calmness and they all attenuates the fear of randomness which is key attribute of Chaos. Silence can be scary for them who experience it for the first time since human mind is subjected to randomness at very moment an infant is born. Since that moment Chaos occupy a space in his mind influencing his outlook, thinking, actions and life. But before infant was born, like our universe, he was in silence in Mother's Womb. Thus, he seeks it at some moment in his life.
